Auch selbst zusammengewürfelte Elemente aus Andelis Free Expression Workshop wurde gezeigt: Wir durften über unsere Grenzen gehen, unsere Emotionen ausdrücken, wir selbst sein, und ausprobieren und entfalten 🦋

Wir haben uns gehalten, gestützt, gelacht und geweint.

Completing the Oct @tadahhoopretreats Teacher line up is the other highly talented co-owner of TADAH - Till!

Till will be teaching a juggling class at the Oct retreat. Till's classes are playful, creative and break everything down into steps everyone can follow.
Through a series of games and drills you will gain more control in your catching and throwing as well as expanding your idea about what is meant by the word 'juggle'.

This workshop is great fun and may turn you into a ball juggler!!!
And of course the concepts can also be transferred to hoop.

As well as being a world class juggler and highly experienced teacher, Till is the co-creator of TADAH. Till built the majority of the accommodation on site by hand as well as being in charge of all the grounds and gardens 🤹🏼🌱

Deniz (co-owner of TADAH) will be leading us in creative dance at the Oct retreat. As well as being an incredible host, the co-creator of the space AND leading the menu design for meals, Deniz is also a fantastic dancer and a wonderful teacher💃🏻💚

Deniz' dance workshops are always fun, emotional and everything in-between.

I only taught one class @tadahhoopretreats 2024 which was an all levels Twins combo.

We didn't learn it to music but we made it fit what was playing for this group video (sort of :P)

Thanks to everyone that came to class. This is one half of the group. The other half also did amazing!
