Cancellation & Ticket Policy
We want you to feel confident when booking your place at TADAH. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and supportive, while helping everything run smoothly for everyone involved.
In summary: Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another hooper at any time. In certain specific circumstances outlined below, a full refund will be given.
1. Ticket Refunds
All tickets for TADAH Hoop Retreats are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another hooper in line with the terms below.
2. Ticket Transfers, Resale, or Gifting
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another hooper at any time.
- Fully paid tickets may be resold or gifted
- If resold, the ticket must be advertised for no more than the original purchase price
- Until the event is completely sold out, it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to advertise and arrange the transfer of their space
If the event is fully sold out and there is a waiting list, Emma Kenna, organiser of the event for TADAH, may be able to assist with resale by connecting the ticket holder with someone on the waiting list.
Until that point, resale remains the responsibility of the original ticket holder.
3. Payment Plan Tickets
If you have booked using a payment plan and still have payments remaining, your ticket may only be transferred to another hooper with prior approval from Emma Kenna.
- The transfer must be agreed in advance
- The new ticket holder must confirm that they are willing to take over the remaining payments
- The transfer is only complete once this has been confirmed and approved
4. If TADAH Cancels the Event
In the unlikely event that TADAH has to cancel the retreat, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
5. Travel Advisory Refund Protection
TADAH is located in Antalya, Turkey, a popular international travel destination.
We understand that some guests may feel cautious when booking travel in a region they do not know well, so we want to be clear about the following:
In the very unlikely event that your country’s official embassy or government travel advisory issues a “do not travel” warning specifically for the Antalya region of Turkey, you will receive a full refund.
This applies specifically to official advice relating to Antalya itself.
